Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at Sensom Boutique , hosted by Andrew and Lee. We stayed in the Pool Villa, which was conveniently located next to a lovely pool area. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the warm, home-like ambiance created by the beautifully curated lounge and dining spaces. Every morning, Lee prepared breakfast with great care, striking a fine balance in portions that left us satisfied but not overindulgent. The retreat's intimate size meant we often had the place to ourselves, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. Situated just a short drive from Coffs Harbour, the hotel is a stone's throw from charming cafes, stunning beaches, and scenic national parks. The grounds are renowned for their remarkable flora, and you can often spot their lovely dog, Luca, making guests feel welcome. This hidden oasis provided the perfect backdrop for our culinary exploration, and we'll surely return next year on our way to Brisbane. Thank you, Andrew and Lee!
